The rates on a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with a 2 car garage and bicycle or gear storage area range from $140.00 to 240.00 per night.There are nice patios off living areas and decks outside bedrooms. Sleeps 6 people.

2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit with 2 car garage and laundry room in the condo and large "party" deck can sleep 6 people. Rents from $150.00-$300.00 per night

3 bedroom 3 bath condos with large "party" deck, 2 car garage and laundry room in unit range from $160.00-$330.00 per night. They can sleep up to 10 guests

All units have modern full kitchens with dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Pots, pans, mixing bowls plus dinnerware and utensils for 10 peolple. Most units have hair dryers. The condos are meticulously cleaned and stocked with clean linens before guests arrive. Mid-week cleaning is available on longer stays. Normally units area cleaned again after check out unless guests request additional cleaning services during their stay.
